Event / Reception (1)

Minister John Paul Phelan provided a foreword to, and launched in Kilkenny County Council Chambers, our report for local authorities on local integration strategies, Keeping it Local. Deputy Chair of Kilkenny County Council Cllr Andrew McGuinness officially opened the launch event.
