Eamon Murphy spoke with Minister Regina Doherty and civil servants from the DEASP on the matter of a universal state social welfare pension at a consultantion exercise of on the Total Contributions Approach. Brigid Reynolds did similarly at the National Economic Dialogue on the same issue.
