Meeting with David Walsh, Assistant Secretary Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government and Dr. David Connolly of IWEA for quarterly meeting of department and association. Discussed was the need to address current issues in the planning system and grid connections. Needed to ensure targets can be met to fulfill energy targets.
