Phone call (11-20)

To ensure that HSE ring-fenced the money necessary to fund the workforce plan for nursing and midwifery and to ensure implementation of that plan by delegation of a recruitment function to Directors of Nursing. The Minister made a declaration under Section 10 of the Health Act requiring HSE to implement the plan and report to Dail Eireann quarterly.
