Specific Details The Association, local residents, boat owners and other harbour users were informed by the Development Company, Bartra, that they had purchased the former Western Marine Site in Bullock Harbour and that the company intended to apply for permission to develop the site

Intended results We intended to seek to ensure that any development on the site would be appropriate in design, size and usage to its heritage, its current maritime uses and in a scale which in keeping with existing residential buildings in the harbour area.

Meeting (1)

This was a meeting with Councillors from the Dun Laoghaire Electoral area on 19th December at which we informed them of our concerns at the proposals of which we had been informed by Bartra management and a representative of the company's Architects
