Specific Details Ronan McCabe met Minister O'Donovan at EXPO in Osaka to discuss regional incentives, a potential Ireland/Japan co production treaty and the lack of domestic finance available to animation studios. The Minister was invited to open the Irish Animation Awards on the 24th May in Galway. The Minister accepted the invitation.
