Intended results To raise the viability of services due to the impact of the legislative changes introduced by section 1008A TCA 1997 of the Finance (No. 2) Act 2023. These changes will have a detrimental impact GPCareForAll. The charity runs GP practices in areas of deprivatio; deprived populations do not present an attractive investment proposition for GPs or commercial organisations.We are requesting an urgent amendment to the legislation to exempt charities like GPCareForAll from these provisions.
