Brian Hayes MEP addressed the Brussels launch of the 2015 Global Hunger Index and subsequently authored and submitted a Written Declaration on the GHI to the Parliament in order to raise awareness of the report's findings and to garner cross party support for its application and use by the European Council and European Commission.
