Meeting (1)

IPRT's Executive Director, Saoirse Brady, met with the Secretary General of the Dept of Justice (Oonagh McPhilips) on 22 Feb 2024, to discuss IPRT's key penal reform priorities such as: the situation of overcrowding in the prison system, potential plans to expand the prison estate, spent convictions legislation, and ratification of OPCAT.
