Email from Deputy Niamh Smyth to CEO Mary McDermott dated 21st February seeking to arrange a meeting with her, Siobhan McKenna CEO of Safe Ireland Cavan Monaghan and Tusla on 12th March. Response issued to Niamh Smyth TD asking for an alternative date as Mary McDermott was not available on 12th. Subsequent email from Deputy Smyth's office 21st February said that her Assistant would bring the matter to her attention.
