27th Nov 2023 - Alison Harnett (National Federation Chief Executive) and Clare Dempsey (National Federation Chairperson) wrote a letter to Minister Anne Rabbitte (copying Minister O'Gorman, Special Advisor Noel Byrne and Assistant Secretary Colm O'Conaill seeking urgent clarification on the nature, quantum and timing of funding that will be allocated for inflationary pressures funding for 2023 and 2024, as this matter is central to the ongoing sustainability of disability services.
