Requesting a meeting to discuss the following: The great demand for different types of Short term Accommodation (STR) but the lack of clarity on planning has caused serious issues for those already in business in urban and rural areas. - Clear Guidelines for Planners and STR Owners in urban (RPZ) and Rural areas is needed. - Clear and straightforward Planning Guidelines for Farmers who wish to diversify their business, and for those in Just Transition areas.
