Meeting (1)

IPRT's Executive Director, Saoirse Brady, met with the Director General of the Irish Prison Service, Caron McCaffrey, on 24th August 2022, to introduce herself as new Executive Director and discuss key penal reform priorities such as: the work of the High Level Task Force to consider the mental health and addiction challenges of persons interacting with the criminal justice system and publication of its final report; and the upcoming Review of Penal Policy Options.
