Intended results Minister O'Gorman (spoke at opening of the Conference) - strengthen the relationship between the Immigrant Council and DCEDIY, also introduce minister O’Gorman to our guests. Senator Eileen Flynn (spoke on panel: “Coalition Building for Equality) - bring the Traveller community perspective on equality and inclusion. Cllr Ureumu Adejimni (spoke on panel: “Local Integration through coalition building”) - share her experience as a migrant women of colour and politician with general public. Cllr Yemi Adenuga (interviewed by Islamiyah Saudique Kadejo) - share her experience as first Black-Female Public Representative to be elected in the Republic of Ireland, first Migrant Councillor to be elected to Meath County Council.
