Specific Details To promote the idea of a world-class Film, Television and Digital Content Studio as part of the Poolbeg West Strategic Development Zone. Under this proposal, 20 acres of the 84- acre SDZ would be used to develop the Studio, which in turn would create 3,600 jobs (1,800 direct). In addition to the Studio, the area would also provide for mixed residential and a range of commercial, cultural and amenity uses, and port-related activities.
