Meeting on 28th April with Minister Rabbitte and a delegation from the National Federation to outline concerns re challenges facing Section 39 organisations in their ability to provide equality of service. Request for funding to re-link to consolidated scales for Section 39 organisations, as had been provided before the FEMPI cuts.
