1 letter was issued in mid-August to each of the 6 Councillors of the Trim Municipal District of Meath County Council. The letters outlined our Client's ownership of land in the southern part of County Meath and their intention to produce a master plan for these lands and to subsequently develop said lands. Included with each letter were 2 brochures. The first provided an overview/contextualisation of the lands and their location, while the second contained an outline of the emerging master plan.

1 follow-up phone call was had with Cllr Ronan McKenna in August 2015. The contents of the letter and the brochures were discussed, as were the prospects for delivery on-site and the key constraints that exist.
