The following activities occurred for this specific Subject Matter Area.

1 Email with replies and clarifications, 5 emails in total. In email exchanges on 13th 19th and 26th 27th and 28th April 2022 , wrote to Cllr Liam Sinclair asking general questions Proposed Material Amendments to the Draft South Dublin County Development Plan whose public submissions closed on 26th April 2022 ,and the proposed County Development Plan 2022-2028 in general . Expressed concern at the extension of Tallaght Town Centre Local Area Plan bound by between 500-1000 m and a condition attached to the MASP which applies to Tallaght. Asked to get these removed before the final plan adopted . Also drew attention to what TCC consider to be an inconsistency in the growth estimates in the Tallaght Town Centre Local Area Plan and those of the County Development Plan and asked that these be looked into and if found incorrect, which we believe them in good faith to be , that there are corrected so that both plans align with the National Framework for Planning
