Specific Details Proposed masterplan for Pembroke Street and James Street Tralee, call for supoort

Intended results A masterplan to get estate agencies in Tralee to work together with 2 architects locally and Kerry County Council to develop the properties in Pembroke Street and James Street in Tralee, We have identified 3 key stages in the process 1. Design- Working in collaboration with KCC, the architects have committed their own time free of charge to inputting commercial feedback from the Estate Agents into a coherent master plan for the properties on the two streets. 2. Engage - The Estate Agents will utilise the masterplan for those properties to engage the Land-Owners on those streets to either commit to Invest into, Sell or Lease their properties and to work with the architects around potential change-of-use if required (KCC input/support). 3 Market - The Estate Agents are to commit to jointly-market the streets as 'opportunity' locations based on the commitments made by the land-owners.
