Specific Details NISIG provided a submission on proposed AHR bill in early 2018 and attended a pre legislative AHR hearing in Dec 2018. NISIG communicated via email with a TD following the hearing re progress update on the AHR legislation and clarification on public funding availability for fertility treatments. Questions were submitted on these topics to Minister of Health and PQ replies provided.

Intended results To stress the urgent need for legislation and a regulatory authority in relation to AHR and also the provision of some public funding for fertility treatments.
