The following activities occurred for this specific Subject Matter Area.

Meeting (2-5)

After a number of local businesses had contacted me, I liaised with others and a local representative. A meeting was held on August 28th with a senior executive of the National Roads Design Office. Purpose was to seek clarity on communication as businesses had reported that they were being informed of works. Also the meeting was held to seek clarification on other matters such as when the end date of works was agreed, ensuring that future issues highlighted could be worked on better, ensuring that NRDO communicated with business more effectively. Deputy Thomas Pringle led the meeting and I attended to give opinions expressed to me via local businesses.
