Association of Farm Contractors in Ireland (FCI), the national association representing Farm & Forestry Contractors in Ireland, is requesting that your Department provides approval for the Möscha Swivel Spreader attachment to be fitted to conventional vacuum tankers and other types of slurry tanker as a low-emission slurry spreading system, for use by derogated farmers and their agricultural/farm contractor service providers. FCI is requesting that the system be non-grant supported, while being accepted as a low emission slurry spreading system.
