Specific Details Loughderryduff Windfarm - To be developed within a Special Area of Conservation despite the fact there will be a loss of qualifying interest habitat which is against the Conservation Objectives(NPWS) and Habitats Directive. A letter was sent to the NPWS asking how did the wind farm get planning permission within the SAC and Minister Madigan asking for her to stop the development.

Intended results Stop the wind farm being built within protected habitat which could leave Ireland open to monetary fines from the E.U.
