Meeting (1)

We participated in a Medicines for Ireland event entitled ''Saving Lives'' in the European Parliament, hosted by Mairead Mc Guinness MEP. It was the forum for a lively discussion on the public health challenges of anaphylaxis. The event focus was on optimal public policy to support better access to adrenaline in emergency situations. The current absence of a unified European public policy on allergies and anaphylaxis will continue to put patients’ lives at risk, warned several speakers at the event.
