The following activities occurred for this specific Subject Matter Area.
Meeting (1)
Myself and our architect met with Bairbre Nic Aongusa & Barry Quinlan at DoECLG on Oct 27th to brief them on progress and lack of progress with the Homegorwon Home project and to seek that progress be made a priority given the housing crisis

On Nov 11th myself and our architect had a meeting with Tom McHugh and Catherine Keenan to brief Ms. Keenan , the incoming interim Housing Officer on the project and discuss issues which required to be sorted.

On Oct 10th I met with Cllr Denis O'Callaghan from DLRCOCO to brief him on delays we were encountering with the project and ask advice .

On Oct 2nd myself and our architect met with Sean Cremen and another official from the Housing Finanace Agency to brief them on the project and seek loan finance . This meeting was on foot of a reference from the DoECLG Clearing House Commitee

During the period Sept 1st to Dec 31st there would have been emails between myself and DLRCOCO updating next steps and required actions . There would also have been emails to various Councillors and people working in the social housing area explaining the project but not requesting anything .

On Oct 15th I sent an email to the Cathaoirleach Cllr Barry Saul seeking a meeting to try and sort out ongoing delays in progressing the project . He didn't reply .
Phone call (1)
During early November I phoned the Private Sec to the Minister for the Environment , Heritage & local Govt to ensure that my emails and phone calls were returned by DLRCoCo in order to make progress.

At some stage I met Cllr Carrie Smyth in a coffee shop to brief her on progress / lack of progress
