Email All Local Authority Members Over this period there was a meeting held with Chamber Members. Local Councillors were present. We also sent emails to all County Councillors regarding this issue. One letter to County Councillors clearly outlined our concerns and the opportunity to have further meetings.

The following activities occurred for this specific Subject Matter Area.

Meeting (2-5)

Meeting held with representatives of Letterkenny Chamber and Senior Roads personnel and Cathaoirleach of the County Council. This meeting outlined the issues surrounding the N56 4 lane Road and full discussions on what could be achieved. when the work is being carried out. This was a long and detailed meeting and many of the items discussed reassured the business people present. it was agreed at the meeting that the Director of Services be briefed on the outcome of the meeting and further meetings would be sought. A follow up meeting was held with the Director of Services and Chief Executive of Donegal County Council to more fully clarify the issues.

Meeting with Joe McHugh regarding the issue of the N56 Road and general infrastructure issues.
