Conversation about funding for ISPCA in relation to Service Agreement with Department of Agriculture and recommendation of the Joint Agriculture Committee that ISPCA be provided with sufficient funds to recruit enough animal welfare Inspectors to cover the whole of Ireland. Conversation took place at event to launch ISPCA Inspectorate Report
