Specific Details Requesting that, in exercising powers to prescribe forms of declaration under Sections 203-207 of the Companies Act 2014, consideration be given to (i) discussing that prescribed forms should only be required in respect of declarations made after the date of the prescribing regulations (ii) engaging with the Finance Professional Support Lawyers Forum and the Corporate Professional Support Lawyers Forum to finalise the online filing process prior to effect.

Intended results We expect that there will be further discussions/ engagement with the Registrar of Companies arising from the letter in relation to (i) the date from which the prescribed forms should be used; and (ii) the online filing process for the prescribed forms.
