Specific Details Letter sent to the Minister for Children, Equality & Disability to advise him about the Industrial Action in Tusla in relation to breach of 2013 Framework Agreement, in particular with regards to the job evaluation scheme. The outcome sought was a meeting with the Minister to discuss the dispute and requesting he confirm that his Department honour the agreement. Other TDs were also contacted regarding this campaign.

Intended results Seeking the reinstatement of the Job Evaluation Scheme in Tusla and an assurance from the Minister that the terms of the 2013 Framework Agreement between Tusla and trade unions would be honoured in full. Seeking Minister O'Gorman's intervention in the dispute.
