FLAC wrote to Minister Roderic O’Gorman in relation to constitutional referendums planned for November this year and the wording of the amendments to be put to referendum (the letter was sent by email only). A copy of FLAC’s supplemental submission to the Departmental Referendum Committee which was considering the recommendations of the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Gender Equality was attached.
