Letter sent on 7th October 2021 to Deputy Martin Kenny (following meeting on the 6th October) to provide him with copies of IPRT Progress in the Penal System Report 2019 and the Executive Summary from a 2020 report on recidivism, commissioned by the Department of Justice and carried out by Professor Ian O’Donnell of the Institute of Criminology and Criminal Justice School of Law, University College Dublin.
