Specific Details Company v SIPTU Pay Claim Dispute and notice of Industrial Action. The company requested support to encourage SIPTU to move back into talks before industrial action commenced. Dude to the nature of the business the threat of IA has an immediate impact of the profitability of the company as customers decide not to risk send aircraft to the facility for maintenance in the event that the aircraft would be stuck in the facility due to IA.

Intended results To request the help of the Irish Government to use influence to encourage the Union to reengage and come back into process and seek a speedy resolution before irreparable damage is done to the company and protect 500 skilled jobs
