Specific Details
Veterinary Ireland's Submission for Capital Allowances for Veterinary Practice Premises
Intended results
Capital Allowances (tax breaks) for Veterinary Practice Premises, not only for the benefit of Veterinary Ireland members’ veterinary practices, but also of Ireland’s important Agri-Food Industry, and for animal health, animal welfare and public health in the State.
Support of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine for Veterinary Ireland's Proposal for Capital Allowances for the development of Veterinary Practice Premises infrastructure.
The improvement of physical facilities and resources is also in keeping with the growing expectations of professionalism from the Irish Veterinary Profession’s client base, whether for food producing, sport or companion animals.
Better financial opportunities, especially those available through Capital Allowances, might assist such veterinary practices to be able to engage other Veterinary Practitioners, and so improve the work-life balance, and physical and mental health of our members, at all stages in their veterinary careers.
Support of the Minister for Finance for Veterinary Ireland's Proposal for Capital Allowances for the development of Veterinary Practice Premises infrastructure.
