DLR Chamber's Bespoke Locale Report 2026 assessed 12,087 visibly trading businesses and identified 2,452 with no website and 2,716 at Basic digital level. Approximately 5,000 businesses therefore represent an addressable cohort for progression towards Intermediate digital capability through practical, targeted support.

Event held on the 12th May in Mercedes-Benz South Dublin to launch the report. All Government local representatives and Councillors were inviteded to attend with the Business Community. Minister Jack Chambers was our key note speaker
