The Chamber is seeking timely planning and delivery of transport, childcare, education, healthcare, utilities, digital and community infrastructure alongside housing, ensuring new homes are supported by the services and infrastructure required for sustainable communities.

DLR Chamber's Bespoke Locale Report 2026 identifies approximately 13,700 future homes across major growth areas: c.10,500 at Cherrywood SDZ, 934 at Dundrum Central and c.2,300 along the Woodbrook-Shankill-Bray corridor. Infrastructure sequencing is one of the report's principal action areas.

Event held on the 12th May in Mercedes-Benz South Dublin to launch the report. All Government local representatives and Councillors were inviteded to attend with the Business Community. Minister Jack Chambers was our key note speaker
