We discussed the details of BlackRock's recommendations on the forthcoming Capital Markets Union (CMU) initiative, outlined in detail in our February ViewPoint (which can be found here: http://www.blackrock.com/corporate/en-mx/literature/whitepaper/viewpoint-cmu-investor-perspective-february-2015.pdf).
