A holistic approach to Housing in DLR must be taken, in terms of planning, affordability and issues such as childcare, as well as increasing revenues coming to DLR Co Co.
This holistic approach must not negatively impact on current DLR citizens who already pay some of the highest property taxes in Ireland, regardless of age profile.
