Intended results To inform the Minister for Finance that excise policy needs to take account of the fact that 34% of cigarettes (Revenue sources) are smoked in Ireland but not bought in Ireland. To inform the Minister for Finance that vape excise should be introduced and tax stamps should be applied which would aid enforcement.
