Online meeting held on 18th May with Deputy John Brady, Senator Malcolm Byrne and the Local Champions group, about how to lobby effectively on the importance of youth work (associated communication also conducted by NYCI staff to arrange and follow up)

Two young people from the Local Champion's programme presented at a National Youth Work Organisations meeting in DCEDIY on 06/07 where the Minister and several Department officials were present, and argued for increased investment in youth work in Budget 2024
